These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ClientDesk – Business Manager and the related ClientDesk website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
ClientDesk is provided as a business productivity tool for managing information such as clients, projects, invoices, payments, expenses, and tasks.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for ensuring that your use of ClientDesk complies with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and the rights of other people.
2. Your Business Records
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the client, project, invoice, payment, expense, task, or other business information you create or store using ClientDesk.
ClientDesk is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advice.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use ClientDesk:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- To violate the privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights of another person.
- To distribute malicious software, interfere with the App, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
- In any way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or related services.
4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
ClientDesk may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or other third-party advertising services. Ads and external links may lead to websites, apps, products, or services that are not operated by us.
We do not control third-party content, offers, products, privacy practices, or transactions. Your interaction with a third party is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
5. Privacy
Your use of ClientDesk is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and advertising-related data may be handled.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of ClientDesk at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, Android version, country, or configuration.
7. No Professional Advice
Any calculations, summaries, records, invoice information, finance information, or business organization features provided by ClientDesk are for general productivity and record-keeping purposes only.
You should independently verify important financial, tax, accounting, legal, or contractual information before relying on it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClientDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every business purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, ClientDesk, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, or business records.
10. Backups and Device Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information and for securing your device. Uninstalling an app, resetting a device, clearing app storage, hardware failure, or other device-level actions may result in loss of locally stored information.
11. Intellectual Property
The ClientDesk name, app design, website content, branding, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of the App without authorization.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
